Here's how to make your matcha latte to perfection for amazing Instagram photos 🙌🏻

You will need:
• Coconut milk
• 50 ml of water
• 2 g of matcha (same recipe for blue and pink matcha)
• Milk frother ⠀

1. Preheat the coconut milk and 50 ml of water to 75 ° C.If the kettle does not have a thermometer, simply mix your hot water with a bit of room temperature water so that the hot water does not burn the tea while brewing - this can affect the taste!

2. Pour 2 g of matcha (1/4 teaspoon) into a bowl and mix with the 50 ml of water. Beat with a whisk or a milk frother until the lumps disappear.

3. Froth the coconut milk with the frother until the foam is well mounted, pour everything into your transparent cup or a glass for a rendering 👌🤩

4. Quickly whisk the matcha again before pouring it in a gentle stream into the cup containing the coconut milk. 

Now it's ready!
