Terms and Conditions for Net Payment

1. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date (the "Due Date"). All payments must be made in full and in accordance with the payment instructions provided on the invoice.

2. Late Payment Interest: If full payment is not received within 30 days of the Due Date, the buyer will be charged a daily interest fee of 0.5€ starting from the 31st day after the Due Date. This interest will continue to accrue on the outstanding balance until full payment is received.

3. Debt Collection:

   • Transfer to Debt Collection Agency: If the outstanding balance remains unpaid for 90 days from the Due Date, the debt will be transferred to a debt collection agency for further action.
   • Continued Interest: The buyer will continue to incur the daily interest charge of 0.5€ on the outstanding balance even after the debt has been transferred to the debt collection agency.
   • Debt Collection Fee: Upon transfer to a debt collection agency, an additional flat fee of 100€ will be applied to cover administrative and processing costs. This fee is in addition to the ongoing daily interest charges.

4. Buyer’s Obligations:

   • The buyer agrees to pay all outstanding amounts, including the original invoice amount, accrued interest, and any additional fees related to debt collection, promptly and without delay.
   • The buyer remains responsible for these payments even after the debt has been transferred to a debt collection agency.

5. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:

   • By making a purchase and agreeing to our payment terms, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
   • The buyer agrees that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the buyer and the seller, governing the terms of payment and any actions taken in the event of late or non-payment.

6. Amendments and Updates:

   • The seller reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the buyer in writing, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

7. Governing Law:

   • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the seller is located. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By agreeing to these payment terms, the buyer agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
